What kind of equipment do you have at the gym?

We are using Technogym equipment using the electronic key system to guide you through your programme. Visit our facilities page for more information on this.

Will I have to pay extra for classes?

Unlimited use of classes are included in our Full and Class Membership packages. If your a gym only member you can pay for classes as you go. Our full class timetable can be found on our Classes page. 

Will you be offering joint memberships?

We feel that everyone should pay the same price. We offer three price package for all. Full membership, Gym only or Class only membership. You will be able to pay monthly or upfront for the year.

How long must I join for?

The membership will last 12 months. We also offer exclusive 3 month memberships.

How will I know how to use the gym?

All members will be given a full introduction to the equipment and will recieve ongoing programmes in the gym.
