Body Combat
Choreographed, non-contact martial arts based fitness programme with moves drawn from Karate, kick-boxing and Tai Chi. -
Body Pump
The fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. Resistance training with a twist, great music, great instructors and great results. -
Bootcamp
An outdoor based circuit training session suitable for all levels. Get out into the fresh air. -
Boxercise
One of the best cardio exercises is boxing. Team that with circuit training principles and a pad-work partner and you’ve got the recipe for results.

Express Workout - 30 Minute
Exhilarating circuit designed to give you maximum results in just 30 minutes. Whether you want to loose inches, increase your energy levels or just tone up, the express workout suite will work for you!

LBT
Legs, bums and tums. A body conditioning class concentrating on those problem areas.

Pilates
A low impact class concentrating on core strength and balance. -
Spinning
Group Cycling - Spinning does what it says on the tin and can burn up to 800 calories per session, so give it a go!

Yoga
An ancient art designed to strengthen, lengthen and centre your body and it’s muscles, Yoga is great for relaxation. -
Zumba
Get the party started with a fabulously fun and effective way to shape up. Dance your way to fitness.

Ashtanga Yoga
A vigorous, dynamic form of yoga aimed at those seeking strength, flexibility, a clear mind, and an energy boost. -
Body Blitz
An all over body workout with weights and aerobic moves aimed at toning the whole body and burning fat! -
Body Mix-up
A mixed discipline class combining Body Pump, Body Combat, and abs and core workouts. -
Beginners Spin
A mixed discipline class combining Body Pump, Body Combat, and abs and core workouts.
Classes are bookable 7 days in advance for Full and Class only members - 24 hours in advance for Gym only.
Please note that classes are subject to change at short notice. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in place. No shows will be charged at full class rate of £5.00
